Porsche Lincolnwood Sales Construction Update 5-4

Porsche Lincolnwood Sales Construction Update 4-17

We are excited about the progress that has been made on our new technology-driven, next-generation Porsche dealership. Located at the site of Loeber Motor's current Porsche facility, 7101 N. Lincoln Avenue in Lincolnwood, the two-story building will feature nearly 45,000 square feet of sales and service space, delivering an interactive Porsche experience for customers in the Chicago area. We look forward to unveiling the finished dealership this fall. Here is a sneak peek at the progress that has been made in our sales department thus far: Sales Floor Looking West Showroom Addition The main showroom floor will feature a large video wall, Porsche café, and luxury customer lounge complete with entertainment, comfortable seating and WiFi. The second floor will house executive offices, conference rooms, and a Porsche fitting lounge for vehicle customization. The front of the dealership will also feature an electric charging station for the all-electric Porsche Taycan. 1st Floor Cafe Boutique Modern design and tech-immersive elements will be woven into every aspect of the building including Porsche’s signature glass panel exterior. The audio-visual showroom landscape will provide clients with an interactive automotive experience and ultimate Porsche brand immersion. Porsche Lincolnwood will offer 20 percent more inventory of new and popular models including the all-electric Porsche Taycan, Cayenne, Macan, 911, Cayman, Boxster and Panamera. Porsche Lincolnwood Service and Parts Construction Update 4-20

Construction continues on our new technology-driven, next-generation Porsche facility. Over the past week, progress has been made in our new parts and service department. Service Drive Looking East The parts and service department will receive a generous expansion with increased service bays from 20 to 25, two indoor, climate-controlled reception lanes, two exterior covered reception lanes, and a client lounge featuring a glass wall that looks into the service department. Equipped with state-of-the-art parts, equipment and certified technicians, the new facility will service all Porsche models including new, pre-owned, electric and classic automobiles. Loeber Porsche Parts and Service Construction Update 5-4

Our Service write up area had the fire sprinklers installed and inspected. The next step for this area is to have the Can light trims installed. The construction crew will also focus on painting the Pump Room walls. As for the Parts Department, lights need to be installed, as well as the Coil Doors. The South Exterior Wall has been completed. In the upcoming months, underground sewer and water work will be worked on throughout the facility.
